The Inductive Heater NSK Easyheater is a tool designed to provide the user with more comfort and optimization when installing bearings and similar parts, such as pulleys and gears.
It is the most modern equipment for heating ring-shaped metallic parts that must be assembled with no interferences, since it operates by the electromagnetic induction effect. a current circulates over the primary coil (core with the heater coil), which causes high induced current, under low pressure, on the part to be heated, thus causing its internal ring dilatation.
The heating by induction is fast, homogeneous and controlled, thus eliminating any damage that may occur during the installation, once the user performs the mounting by sliding the part. The part demagnetization is automatic, at the end of the heating cycle, occurring within three seconds. The residual magnetism is 2 A/cm.
The Inductive Heater replaces other existing heating modes, such as:
1. Oven: the temperature control is ambient, within the oven, and the part does not absorb the selected temperature. In addition, the user receives thermal shock when removing the equipment from the oven.
2. Heating plates: the part receives heat only by one side, that is, it is not homogeneously heated.
3. Hot oil bath: the oil is contaminated during the heating, thus generating residues that remain trapped in the parts. This is the type more prone to accidents, and also produces smoke and odor.
Important note: part mounting by impact (using hammer, for example), causes direct damages on the equipment.
