The use of Inductive Heater is recommended in the maintenance areas, workshops and production areas. Its operation is simple: just connect the equipment to the electric mains, select the heating button according to the internal diameter of the part, and put it on the Easyheater core.
The Inductive Heater can be operated in the temperature or time modes. The temperature mode consists in putting the magnetic temperature sensor on the internal ring of the part, selecting the heating temperature desired, and power of 50% or 100%, according to the bar size. Then, just turn the equipment on. The display shows the part's temperature and its increase to the selected degree value. At end of heating, an audible alarm is triggered and the display shows a warning message on the demagnetization and the end of process; then, the user can remove the part and perform the assembly.
Easyheater is able to heat parts up to 250º C in the temperature mode. The magnetic iron-constantan (type J) sensor, with two samarium-cobalt magnets and wetting, enables its retraction, thus facilitating the contact with the part.
In the time mode, the equipment is adjusted for a programmed range from 1 second to 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
The 50% power selection button is used for the two smaller heating bars: 12 x 12 x 300 mm and 20 x 20 x 300 mm, for power saving (do not exceed the maximum current of 27 A). The 100% selection is used for the three longer heating bars: 30 x 30 x 300 mm, 40 x 40 x 400 mm and 55 x 55 x 300 mm.
The set of five heating bars is supplied with napa leather cover for protection (non-reusable). They are supplied with metallic case, with a pair of leather skin gloves, which support temperatures up to 250º C.
