Maintenance and monitoring. In partnership with CSI, an American company within the Emerson Process Management Group and world leader in reliability-based maintenance, NSK offers a set of services focused on maintenance and results of the improvements deployed in the PVM. The application of this tool enables monitoring the bearings and their use conditions, thus allowing to check whether the optimizations made are meeting the expectations, or even indicate where and what parts are more vulnerable to faults and candidates for maintenance.
This procedure reduces or eliminates unexpected downtime, thus providing to the PVM client the opportunity of planning, scheduling downtimes for maintenance or replacements, without interfering in its production routine.
