Preventive measures. In the proactive services, NSK provides a new adaptation project, in order to optimize its performance, thus preventing early faults or other unexpected problems. From a diagnostic generated by the technical support, our engineers anticipate the identification and correction of eventual faults, thus delaying the bearing wear (MTBF – Mean Time Between Failures) and the need of undesirable downtime for replacements, as well as maintenance. This enables higher control, thus increasing the process reliability and machine availability.
