Pursuing excellence, not only in bearing and industrial equipment manufacturing, but also in the strict compliance with the environmental legislation, NKS operates based on the Integrated Management System, combining Quality and Environment. All of our collaborators participate in this System, whose objects are:
• develop, manufacture and supply products that contribute to the society and industry's development, producing ball bearings able to satisfy the needs of clients and market;
• preserve the environment, integrating company and community, and establishing partnerships with public and private entities, aiming at rational use of natural resources (Environment Internal Week – Sima, which takes place every June, is an example of an action towards this aim);
• strengthen clients' trust, through professional commitment, continous improvement of our quality standards and, at the same time, pollution prevention, by using technical resources and specialized expertise;
• comply with the legislation in force, applicable rules as well as the company's requirements;
• encourage measures and solutions for reducing energy consumption and industrial residues;
• cooperate with collaborators' professional and social qualification, by means of specific instructions and training.
