The cage design is differentiated: each compartment has two rolling elements, with a solid lubricant spacer joint positioned between two balls especially treated. The spacer is in contact with the rolling elements, forming a fine solid lubricant film on the ball and race surfaces.
Increased bearing life is ensured thanks to uniform lubricant supply by the spacer joints. The cage design helps provide stability when the bearing is in operation, minimizing any vibration, even when the spacer joint wears out.
The solid lubricant spacer joint is made of sinterized material containing molybdenum bisulfate base, which provides an effective lubrication at high temperatures at atmospheric pressure. This bearing durability overcomes resistance and wear problems, ensuring maintenance free operation for a longer time.
