Increased bearing useful life and maintenance free
Increased useful life is ensured by uniform lubricant supply to the rolling elements and races, by the spacer joint. This joint provides sufficient lubrication over a long period and eliminates the need for constant replacement.
Application at high temperatures
A sinterized material, having molybdenum bisulfate as base, is used at the spacer joint to form the solid lubricant, enabling use condition at 400°C temperatures in normal environments or low pressure.
Stable torque
Other bearing types tend to be affected by torque flutuation or vibration in the bearing, because of insufficient lubricant film. The SJ lubricants ensure rotational stability, because the lubricant film is equally maintained on the rolling surface by the solid lubricant of the spacer joint, during rotation.
