Long operation life
The new cage incorporates the function of guiding the rollers, replacing the guide ring. This improvement is also due to the inner and outer ring optimization, making it easier to place larger roller and in larger quantities than when using common bearings of the same type and size. As a result, load capacity is 10% to 30% higher, when compared to that of conventional bearings. This way, the operational life of this type of bearing is significantly longer.
Reduced heat generation
This rolling presents, as guide, flanges in the cages, which perfectly guide the two roller races, replacing the guide ring on common bearings, decreasing heat generation caused by the friction between the ring and the cages.
High strength cage
The new cage design replaces the guide ring of conventional bearings, allowing an improved balancing and increasing strength .
Low cage wear
The new cage design, which is guided by rollers, enables an effective wear reduction.
Heat resistance
The outer and inner rings are thermostabilized to endure temperatures of up to 200°C.
