One of the solid maintays of NSK service, the Training sector keeps up with the latest technologial trends and grows each day, being responsible for the qualification in industrial maintenance of over 15,000 people per year. The trainings offer courses given by specialized professionals in the field, which help eliminate human fault in handling and maintaining the bearings, preparing our clients' collaborators to prevent early wear of the parts and act proactively in fault corrections.
There are 12 courses in four different modalities: CCT (Qualification and Training Center), CCT Mobile, In Company and e-learning, designed for clients and interested public, throughout the Brazilian territory. The courses are free of charge and, by the end, students receive a certificate of completion.
Additionally, NSK has a modern training manager, NSK@TREINAR, a portal where it is possible to monitor students' performance, check grades, define the course modalities each employee should take, among other features. The courses' schedule and contents are also available on the portal.

* The advanced courses are segmented and focused on the operation sectors of bearing users: steel-iron works, paper and cellulose, mining, agricultural, ceramics, automotive and others.
