| Roller Bearings / Cylindrical Roller Bearings |

It refers to easy construction bearings, in which the cylindrical rollers are in linear contact with the race. They have great load capacity, especially, sustaining the radial load. As friction between the rolling bodies and the ring lip is reduced, they are suitable for high rotations.
Depending on the existence of lips or not, there are the NU, NJ, NUP, N and NF types for one race bearings, and the NNU and NN for two race bearings. The inner and outer rings are separable in every type. The cylindrical roller bearing types that do not have lip on the inner or outer ring are used as free side bearings, because they allow relative movement between both in the axial direction. The cylindrical roller bearings that have lips on both sides of one of the rings, inner or outer, and a lip on the other ring, can support the axial load of a certain degree in one direction. The cylindrical roller two race bearings have high rigity in relation to the radial load and are used especially in machine-tool spindles.
Steel pressed and brass machined cages are generally used. A part of it uses polyamide cages.
