Intelligent solution for storage
E-Stock is an exclusive in-company stock intelligent management service, which ensures full availability of bearings and increased consumption precision.
Through an online software, e-Stock keeps a database with a list of bearings stored in the company, so as to enable an immediate replacement of parts in maintenance process. By analzying the average consumption of bearings, NSK calculates the minimum and maximum values necessary for each item and enters this data in the program. Whenever one of the items reaches its minimum stock, the program automatically sends a message to NSK and to the regional distributor, who replaces the item up to its maximum limit.
In addition to agility in client service, e-Stock also performs a stock check, generating a consumption history, with reports of incoming and outgoing bearings and involved values, among other data that indicates precisely the client's profile as well as whether his comsumption is regular or above the average. This makes it easier, for example, to identify faults in the plants when there is an unusual consumption of a given bearing and also allows a better strategic storage and bearing demand planning.
With an intelligent system, the software periodically updates itself as for the minimum and maximum value suggested for the stock, according the client's use, thus avoiding the risk of unecessary surplus or shortage of bearings.
